The service
Lowkey Mod Bot is a Discord moderation bot with a web management portal. Server administrators add it to their server, configure moderation rules, and moderate through its commands. Using the bot means accepting these terms and, always, Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which govern everything that happens on Discord.
Acceptable use
Use the bot to moderate communities you legitimately administer. Do not use it to harass, to evade Discord's rules, to disrupt other communities, or to collect data about people beyond what moderation needs. The bot enforces the rules your administrators write: what those rules do in your server is your server's responsibility.
No warranty
The bot and portal are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Moderation can misfire, availability is not guaranteed, and the operator is not liable for moderation outcomes in your server or for damages arising from use or unavailability of the service.
Ending use
Remove the bot from your server at any time, which ends its activity there and starts the removal of that server's data per the Privacy Policy. The operator may remove the bot from a server that uses it against these terms or against Discord's rules.
Changes and contact
These terms change as the service changes, and the date above moves when they do. Questions reach the operator through the Discord server where the bot operates, through the bot's Discord application profile, or by email at lowkey@medrunner.space.
