/note
Description#
Records a private moderator note about a member in the moderation log. Like a warning, but framed as information for other moderators rather than a strike.

Permissions#
You: administrators can always use moderation commands, and the server's command gating (which channels and which roles may use them) applies to everyone else. The bot: nothing special: notes are the bot's own records.
