Description#
Fires when a message contains any entry from a referenced word list, the plain-term filter alongside the regex trigger. Editing the list updates every rule that references it. Needs Message Content.

Permissions#
No special permissions beyond the bot's baseline. Rules are configured in the portal by people who manage the server.
