/softban
Description#
Bans and immediately unbans a member: they are removed and their recent messages are cleared (about the last hour), but they stay able to rejoin. A spam cleanup, not a lasting ban. Recorded in the moderation log.

Permissions#
You: administrators can always use moderation commands, and the server's command gating (which channels and which roles may use them) applies to everyone else. The bot: Ban Members.
