/settings
Description#
Manages the server's custom text variables and default moderation reasons from Discord. Subcommands: variable set (name, type, value), variable list, variable remove (name), reason set (an action name or general, and the reason), reason list, reason clear. Variable names cannot use the built-in variable names, and the type (Text, Url, or Number) validates the value on save. A default reason fills in whenever an action runs without one.
Parameters#
| parameter | required | what it is | notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| variable set | yes | name (no spaces, not a built-in), type (Text, Url, Number), value | |
| variable list / remove | yes | List all, or remove by name | |
| reason set / list / clear | yes | Per action or general, the fallback default reason |
Permissions#
You: you need Manage Server (Discord enforces it on the command, and the bot re-checks it). The bot: nothing special.
